Currently, we operate exclusively online through our website and mobile app. This allows us to maintain competitive prices and deliver directly to your home.

Yes! All our products are certified organic by FSSAI and carry necessary quality certifications. We maintain complete transparency about our sourcing and processing methods.

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Saturday). Weekends and holidays may cause slight delays.

Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat charge of ₹50 applies across India.

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on international shipping and will announce it soon.

You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track from "My Orders" in your account.

The courier partner will attempt delivery 3 times. After that, the package returns to us and a restocking fee may apply.

About our honey and related products

Store honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed. Do not refrigerate as it may crystallize.

Crystallization is natural and indicates pure, raw honey. To liquefy, place the jar in warm water (not hot) for 10-15 minutes.

Yes! Every batch is tested in FSSAI-certified labs for purity, moisture content, and adulteration before packaging.

Yes! We offer beautiful gift packaging options. Select "Gift Wrap" during checkout for a small additional charge.

Our honey has a shelf life of 24 months from manufacturing date when stored properly. The expiry date is printed on each jar.

While our honey is natural, we recommend diabetics consult their doctor before consumption. Natural honey has a lower glycemic index.
